- Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices, Node.js/Next.js services, and React/TypeScript applications for GoTo Resolve (IT management/RMM), Rescue (remote support), and shared SaaS platform services across the LogMeIn product suite.
- Contribute to GoPilot, GoTo Resolve's AI assistant: build backend services that route user queries to OpenAI GPT-4o and GPT-3.5 Turbo via Azure ML, handle prompt construction, context injection from device telemetry, response streaming, and fallback logic when the model returns low-confidence or incomplete answers.
- Build AI-powered features in Rescue including auto-generated session summaries, real-time chat translation, device anomaly flagging, and agent action recommendations, integrating LLM API calls into existing Spring Boot and FastAPI services behind feature flags with gradual rollout.
- Use GitHub Copilot daily for code generation, test scaffolding, and boilerplate reduction across Java, TypeScript, and Python codebases; use Claude (Anthropic API) for code review assistance, debugging complex distributed system issues, and drafting technical documentation.
- Design REST and gRPC APIs; use Apache Kafka for event-driven processing, background jobs, retry logic, notifications, and cross-service data synchronization across distributed systems.
- Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for transactional data and caching, including production troubleshooting around query performance, cache invalidation, service dependencies, and data consistency.
- Deploy containerized services across AWS and Azure using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins); coordinate configuration, secrets management, health checks, monitoring (Datadog, New Relic), and staged releases with platform/SRE teams.
- Build enterprise integrations using Salesforce APIs, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, JWT, SSO, webhooks, and Microsoft Entra ID for customer, account, and identity workflows.
